Terranova Labs was born from a simple belief: wellness shouldn’t be something you schedule, it should be something you live.
We design and build wellness environments where recovery is part of the architecture, not an afterthought. From sculptural saunas to fully integrated performance spaces, we bring design, engineering, and material craft together to create places that feel as good as they look.
How can this space support the body and still feel refined?
We design for the senses: light, heat, acoustics, airflow, texture, and rhythm so the experience is calm, intuitive, and built to last.
We also partner with developers and asset owners to integrate wellness in a way that’s commercially viable, operationally intelligent, and culturally enduring.

Meet the Founders
ROY TABET
From over the clouds to the ocean depths, Roy learned that real luxury isn't what you own, it's how you feel. Years of skydiving and freediving taught him that performance and recovery aren't separate. They're the same discipline. Now he builds spaces where people don't just live, they become their best selves.
SAM HANNA
Sam started building software systems, then realized the most important system is the one you come home to. He left tech to create spaces that restore people first in Austin as a leading contractor, then managing $2B+ in assets. An ultra-distance athlete, he designs environments that work the way nature works: where recovery isn't scheduled, it's built in.
KARIM ABILLAMA
A landscape architect and urban technologist bridging design, environmental intelligence, and real-world delivery. With a systems-driven approach to high-performance environments and hands-on execution experience across high-end villa and hospitality projects, he brings clarity from concept through construction. At Terranova Labs, he translates wellness ambition into coherent, buildable spaces.
PAOLO HANNA
An architect-engineer leading Terranova Labs’ Austin, Texas office. He began in architecture, then moved into contracting to bring design intent closer to execution.
At Terranova, Paolo ensures every project is buildable, coordinated, and delivered to a high standard from planning through handover.
